Pedestal Model Versus Arcade Model

Traditional arcade cabinets have the screen built-in. As LCD televisions have become more commonplace, many people began to request the ability to use their own big screen TVs, and soon the Pedestal model arrived. So what's the difference? Or better yet, what's the same? The controls are exactly the same. The same molding is even used on several components. The track ball, buttons, and feel of the top of the cabinet give the same game-play experience as the full-size arcade model.

Golden Tee Pedestal Cabinets

The FunGlo and the Showpiece have the same principle - allow you to play Golden Tee with your own television screen. The Showpiece offers a rather traditional look, while the FunGlo gives you several colors from which you can choose. Match blue, orange or green sides and accents to match the decor of your game room. FYI, green is the most popular color for the Golden Tee Golf FunGlo model. The FunGlo cabinet also has lighting which emanates from underneath. Arcade Machine Cabinets

If you want an all-in-one unit with the screen built in, you have three different types of arcade machine cabinets from which to choose. Two look very similar, as they are the traditional arcade cabinets with the controls leading straight into the screen. Choose from a 26" or 32" monitor. Tempered glass over the screen and a non-glare polycarbonate thermoplastic over the control panel give complete protection to keep your machine looking beautiful.

The Showcase cabinet has the biggest footprint on the ground, it truly showcases your Golden Tee game by making it difficult to miss. There are two pieces to the Showcase, just connect the pedestal to the base of the monitor stand after moving to the to best location.
