How does the delivery process work?
Gold Star Games can ship one of two ways:
1. Ship the products to a port of your choice in the United States. We then will give you the name of a freight forwarding company to handle the rest of the shipping. This is the easiest and cheapest way to receive your games.
2. Ship the products directly to your country and address. Gold Star Games will handle all of the delivery process for an additional $200 fee. This means, we coordinate all shipping to freight forwarder and from freight forwarder to you.
Shipping is expensive, why should I purchase from Gold Star Games?
By all means, if you find a local dealer in your country, purchase from them. It will save you money. However, you may benefit from a weak US dollar and find a much better deal by purchasing from Gold Star Games. Also, many of the products offered by Gold Star Games are unique and cannot be found outside of the U.S.
How do I pay for my games?
The method of payment for sales outside of the U.S. is bank wire transfer. This is the most secure and fastest way to make a payment. When you are ready to purchase, please email or call for bank wire instructions. It is very simple. After funds have been transfered, you will receive a receipt along with delivery estimates.
