Baseball Banners
A lot of people think NFL fans are like no other fans in the world.
There are more NFL fans than there are fans of any other sport. However,
that doesn’t mean that those fans are the best. Are they dedicated? Of
course. But there is something about baseball fans that simply cannot be
matched. Baseball is known as America’s past time for a reason. The
history goes back so far that many baseball fans know what was taking
place on the baseball field during World War II and even during World
War I. In addition to that, baseball has some of the best stories ever
told by man. If you ever want to hear great baseball stories, find a
rained out game and watch the coverage during the rainout. They will
have incredible stories about the tenacity of Bob Gibson, the athletic
prowess of Willie Mays, the sheer talent of Hank Aaron and so much more.
These stories aren’t only about what takes place on the field, but off
the field as well. And keep in mind that stories only survive for
decades if they are special.
Stories about individuals are great, but what about teams? If you’re a
real baseball fan, you know all the best stories about your favorite
team. When you’re a true fan, you become a part of the family. You watch
almost all of the games, you go to as many games as possible and you
display baseball banners outside your home. These MLB banners let
everyone in the neighborhood know what kind of fan you are. It’s like
communicating with everyone who lives on your block without ever having
to say a word. For example, if they see baseball banners with the
Yankees logo on them and they’re a Yankees fan, they will be more likely
to knock on your door and ask to watch a game together.
