How do I return an item?
After an order has been placed, but before it has shipped, the order can be stopped with a 9% cancellation fee. Once your product is on the road, cancellation is subject to the restocking fee and shipping charges.
Any product damaged during shipment will be refunded only after a freight claim is approved through our licensed and insured carriers. If you encounter physical damage upon receipt of your product, document damage in detail before signing paperwork, or refuse delivery.
If you are unable to inspect your entire product at the time of delivery, write "Subject to further inspection" on the bill of lading. Without proper notes on the bill of lading, you will be unable to return a product due to delivery damage.
Defective products will be replaced or repaired according to terms of original manufacturer's warranty.
